Katie Bentz Named to Wisconsin Lutheran College Women's Soccer Team

Katie Bentz of Cambridge, MN, a senior , is a member of the Wisconsin Lutheran College women's soccer team.

Tony Pierce is back for his fifth season overall and third consecutive year as the coach of the WLC women's soccer team. After coaching the program in 1996-1997 and returning to the college in 2012, Pierce brings a 28-41-5 career record into the 2014 season. WLC posted a record of 4-13-2 a season ago, going 2-7-2 in NACC play. Returning senior Emily Sowinski was a NACC Honorable Mention selection for the second straight year, and returning sophomore Beth Westphal was an All-Freshman honoree.
