Laurel Gallman Receives Scholarship to Attend Wisconsin Lutheran College

Laurel Gallman, of West Allis, WI, is the recipient of Wisconsin Lutheran College's $8,500 Discovery Grant.

Gallman, a member of the 2013 graduating class of West Allis Central High School, is the daughter of Veronica Montalvo Owen.
