Phong Nguyen Receives Scholarship to Attend Wisconsin Lutheran College

Phong Nguyen, of St. Paul, MN, is the recipient of Wisconsin Lutheran College's International Christian Scholarship. Nguyen is a member of the 2014 graduating class of St. Croix Lutheran High School.
