Tanner Behnke Named to Wisconsin Lutheran College Football Team

Tanner Behnke, of Brillion, WI, a sophomore, is a member of the Wisconsin Lutheran College football team.

The Wisconsin Lutheran College football team will look to build on the best season in school history after going 7-3 in 2012. First-year head coach Ben Murphy takes over for Dr. Dennis Miller, who retired after leading the WLC football program for its first 13 seasons. Murphy is a former Warriors defensive lineman who served as the team's defensive coordinator for the previous five seasons. WLC returns 64 letterwinners, 11 starters, and three All-Northern Athletics Conference performers from last year's team that finished third in the NAC. The Warriors were picked to finish second in the conference this season in a preseason poll of conference head coaches and sports information directors.
